Upcoming Airfield Impacts and Closures
FULL AIRPORT CLOSURE JUNE 22 – JUNE 26
The construction phase of the Airfield Modernization Program continues in 2026. These significant initiatives will enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities and bring our airfield into compliance with current FAA standards.
> Runway 4/22 and 15/33 are currently OPEN for normal operations.
> Runway 4/22 will be CLOSED from June 22 to June 30.
> The FULL AIRPORT CLOSURE is scheduled from Monday, June 22 at 0700L until Friday, June 26 at 0700L. ALL RUNWAYS WILL BE CLOSED to accomplish paving in the intersection.
> Runway 15/33 will reopen on Friday, June 26 at 0700.
> Helicopter operations from the ramp areas are allowed during the closure.
> Taxiway A between Runway 15/33 and the approach end of Runway 4 is closed.
