This summer, the U.S. Naval Academy’s Powered Flight Program is back at Easton Airport, operated by Pray Aviation. Midshipmen will once again take to the skies for intensive flight training, which is among the most comprehensive in the country.
Nearly 150 Midshipmen and Officers will participate in this year’s program. Easton Airport is gearing up for a busy season, with up to 1,000 daily operations expected, making it one of the most active airports in Maryland.
Pilots, please be reminded that the construction phase of the Airfield Modernization Program is now well underway. These significant initiatives will enhance the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities and bring our airfield into compliance with current FAA standards.
