- How much is rent?
- The estimated Fair Market Value (FMV) rent for the hangar located at 9465 Jet Lane is in the range of $7,000 to $8,000 per month. This estimate is based on a review of comparable hangar rental rates at Easton Airport, comparable aircraft hangar rents throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, and the strong current demand for aircraft hangar space. The size, location, and functionality of the facility, combined with the limited availability of comparable hangar space in the region, support a rental rate within this range.
