New Online Services for Pilots, Tenants, and Neighbors

At Easton Airport (ESN), we are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and responsive facility. To better serve our aviation community, we are excited to highlight three new online tools designed to simplify how you interact with airport management.

Whether you need to report a maintenance issue, apply for the T-Hangar Waiting List, or request/renew your gate access card, you can now complete the process online.

1. ESN Reporting & Feedback Hotline

We have launched a dedicated channel for non-emergency communication. This system allows our entire team to receive notifications, track, and respond to facility needs more efficiently. This is especially helpful for requests made outside of normal business hours or during times of staff leave.

  • Best for: Reporting maintenance issues (lighting, pavement, hangar doors, etc.), requesting facility services, or providing feedback on noise and airport operations.
  • How to reach us: You can submit a report via our Online Web Form or leave a message on our recorded 24/7 hotline at 410-770-6899.
  • Messages are received by the entire ESN team. A staff member will respond, if appropriate, during the next scheduled shift or within a few business days.
  • Note: This hotline is for non-emergencies only. For life-safety emergencies, always dial 911.

2. Gate Card Request Form

Safety and security are our top priorities. All individuals requiring vehicle access to the airfield must participate in our Ground Vehicle Operating Program through our new online portal.

  • The Process: Review the updated safety policy, complete a brief quiz, and submit your request all in one place.
  • Get Started: Submit a Gate Card Request
  • Current cardholders will be asked to submit new applications to renew access credentials later this year. Look for more info soon.
  • Note: no card will be deactivated for non-renewal before December 31, 2026.

3. T-Hangar Waiting List and Swap List

Looking for hangar space? We have modernized our T-Hangar Waiting List application process to ensure the allocation of hangar space remains fair and transparent. This process also ensures we have the most accurate information on file.

  • What’s New: Applicants can now review the full T-Hangar Waiting List Policy and submit their application online.
  • Next Steps: After submitting the Online Application, our team will contact you within three business days to process the $100 non-refundable application fee.

We are also pleased to offer a swap list for current tenants. If you wish to change hangars (e.g., you prefer a power-lift door or downsizing), please let us know and we can add you to this list. Call our main office at 410-770-8055 for more information.

By utilizing these online tools, you help our staff stay organized and responsive to the needs of the entire ESN community.

Have questions? Our office remains available Monday–Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for general business inquiries. You can reach the main office at 410-770-8055.
