Easton Airport Manager Jerry Foreman has officially retired from Talbot County and Easton Airport.
On Thursday, December 30, Easton Airport hosted a luncheon at the Easton Airport Office/ACE Center and invited folks to come say congrats to Jerry on his final day. Participants enjoyed catching up with Jerry, sharing pictures and stories, and even testing their skills on the airport’s flight simulator.
Talbot County Council Vice President Pete Lesher presented Jerry with a retirement gift as a token of appreciation from the Talbot County Council and County leadership team. Easton Airport Manager Micah Risher and Advisory Board President Jack Pettit shared a few words of appreciation for Jerry’s time as Maintenance Director. They thanked him for his years of service towards keeping the airport safe and well maintained. Jerry was a big reason for ESN being one of the standard bearers for airport safety and quality infrastructure in Maryland.
Jerry promised to not be a stranger and thanked everybody for making his time here at Easton Airport and Talbot County Roads Department special. Before Jerry’s final day, he sat with us to recap his career with Talbot County. Read that by clicking here.
Once again, we wish Jerry the very best!
