Upcoming Airfield Impacts and Closure Schedule
Runway 4/22 is now OPEN
The perfect autumn weather has worked to our advantage, allowing construction crews to complete the initial phase of work ahead of schedule. The airport is now fully open for normal operations through Waterfowl Festival weekend.
Runway 4/22 will be CLOSED for the following upcoming periods:
Monday, Nov 16 at 0800L until Tuesday, Nov 24 at 1800L
Monday, November 30 at 0800L until Friday, Dec 18 at 0800L
After opening on December 18th, Runway 4/22 will remain open until approximately February 2027, when it will close again for several months. Please plan for significant closures to Runway 4/22 through 2027
Runway 15/33 will remain available for normal operations.
