To maintain the highest level of safety and security at Easton Airport, all individuals requiring vehicle access to the fenced-in areas of the airport must participate in the Ground Vehicle Operating Program.

Operating a vehicle on airport grounds carries significant responsibility. This program ensures that every tenant, employee, and guest understands the driving rules to prevent accidents, property damage, and runway incursions.

The Process

Obtaining your gate access card involves three steps:

• Review: The online request form begins with an overview of the Ground Vehicle Operating Program. Read the policy to understand rules and expectations.
• Verify: Complete a short quiz to demonstrate your understanding of safe operations within the Non-Movement areas.
• Submit: Once you pass the quiz, you will be prompted to submit your formal request and contact information.

Once submitted, please allow up to three business days for our team to process your request. We will contact you via phone or email to arrange for your gate card pickup.
