Easton Airport Day is all about aviation, but cool photo-ops are just as important! Come get a photo inside the cockpit of Easton Airport’s F-104 Starfighter and you’ll be the envy of all your social media friends.

More about the F-104 From Wikipedia: The Starfighter is a single-engine, supersonic interceptor aircraft which was extensively deployed as a fighter-bomber during the Cold War. Created as a day fighter by Lockheed as one of the Century Series of fighter aircraft for the United States Air Force (USAF), it was developed into an all-weather multirole aircraft in the early 1960s and produced by several other nations, seeing widespread service outside the United States.

ESN’s Starfighter was donated to the airport by Tom Blair. The aircraft gained notoriety when Mr. Blair used it as the centerpiece decoration to celebrate the holidays at his home on St. Michaels Road. The whimsical display made it appear as though the jet had hit Santa’s sleigh, causing him to drop presents all over the ground. Read more here.
