Easton Airport Day has many ways for businesses and organizations to participate in one of the largest aviation events in Maryland. During previous events, we estimate well over 5,000 people attended with thousands more reached through our advertising and marketing. We expect similar numbers this year!

  • Named on all ACE TENT promotions, media, banners, social media, and website.
  • Press release announcing your organization as the sponsor of the ACE TENT
  • Named sponsor of the ACE Scholarship fund, granting local students interested in aviation careers their first training flight.
  • Invitation to attend the Mass Formation Briefing.
  • Invitation to attend the Saturday night dinner and Kangaroo Court

$1,500 – ACE Pilot Level Sponsor

  • Sponsorship recognition on the Easton Airport Facebook page

All monies for Easton Airport Day are collected via the Easton Airport Day Fund at Mid-Shore Community Foundation.
Please Note: As you fill out the form at Mid-Shore, you’ll need to specify that your sponsorship money is for Easton Airport Day.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY Please Note: If our event has to be canceled due to adverse weather conditions, all monies collected will be considered donations and are non-refundable.
